38/cosinettes

There were 38 lumps of dough-
small, round and soft,
similar yet different,
but all from the same pack of flour.

Some funky some quiet,
some gifted some blur,
some active some sedentary,
yet, they looked the same.

then came the baker,
one by one he shaped.
the hands were warm and patient,
but wrinkled and rough.

off they were sent to oven,
neatly spaced,
all happy and ready,
at 350 Degree Celsius.

it was hot
but they endured,
grew and changed.
Less like dough more like bread

Brown and fresh,
packed and displayed.
More by one were taken,
lesser by one were left.

cuddling, they thought:
if I predicted this,
I rather we be charred and left alone
but together.

IF you're nice enough to go buy food, or if you're going to chalet yourself, tell jolin or me. below are the details of how to get there.

HOW TO GET THERE:
Take green line to TAMPINES MRT then take Bus 29 till where the chalet is located (near the reception of aloha change)

OR take the green line to PASIR RIS MRT. There is a shuttle bus from there.

On 7/12, Cosinettes set off to Sentosa to have class outing....
Abt 20 pple went....
I do not know if u guys think is fun....
But it is definitely a memorable day for me...
Though the 'attendance' is not more than 75%...
Though it's not sunny...
Though some pple got hurt...
Though some pple are sick...
BUT....
We had lots of fun playing...
Playing intensive volleyball matches...
Splashing each other with sea water...
'seating' in the sea & playing zhong1 ji2 mi4 ma3...
with 'truth or dare' as forfeit...
Plus some other small events...
Thank you everyone who make this outing a successful one...
For those who are unable to attend, it's okie de...
We'll organise more of this type of class outings...no fear...
Hmmm, then there'll be class bbq at Sherman de condo on 1/1/2007...
Hope tt most of ur can make it...

CLASS BBQ!

Hey Cosinettes...
Time to tan the chicken wings!!!
Shermie just walked about 100m to the management office...
To book a BBQ pit!
Now it's OFFICIALLY declared tt it will be held on
1/1, Monday at Palm Gardens.
time to be comfirmed.

okay, so some stuff you can all expect:
  • BBQ duh...
  • (horror?) swimming!
  • nightwalk (in circles)
  • a lot of food
  • whees! Playground!
  • Bowling
  • celebrate shuen's fifteenth year


Let's go tan the balls (i.e. fishballs)!!!
